South Woodham Ferrers is a great place to live if you own a dog and like getting away from the roads when out on those long walks. With miles of nature walks taking us along the creeks and rivers and acres of greenland to explore we are spoilt for choice when it comes to deciding where to go.

Fenn Creek
This footpath leads you along Fenn Creek down to Eyotts Farm and can be continued round to Woodham Fenn.
Woodham Fenn Nature Reserve
A lovely walk through rolling fields, which can be as long or short as you need it to be, a favourite with Dennis and Daisy.
Damselfly
A 0.7km walk around a park and rivers.
Community Orchard
This footpath can lead you up to the Damselfly or down to the many creek walks.
